Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from ValueKart. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.



✅ Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size or color mismatch
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

(Please check product details and size charts carefully before ordering.)

 

🔄 Replacement / Refund Process

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake, return shipping is free
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply
